All expenses will be billed in addition to the survey fees quoted. Our expenses will represent the minimal required to allow us to complete the survey.<\/p>

Expenses reasonably incurred in fulfilment of the contract of service and are formally proposed, budgeted and pre-agreed, including; travel, accommodation and sustenance will be added to the final invoice. Expenses will be on the following basis;<\/p>

  1. Travel is booked economy class; rail or air travel.<\/li>
  2. Hotel accommodation in standard business hotel for each night during which the surveyor is working.<\/li>
  3. Ancillary travel costs: As necessary in association with normal business travel activities.<\/li>
  4. Receipts will be provided for all expenses claimed.<\/li><\/ol>
